Office Manager
We are looking for a bright, energetic person with a positive attitude to manage the day to day administration of a small office on a part time basis. The hours are 10am 3pm Monday Friday. The ideal candidate will have a degree/HND in a relevant subject or have experience in working as an office manager dealing with all aspects of running a small office and be fully competent at handling all office duties including, but not limited to: HR, recruitment, staff contracts and performance management, attendance management, office administration, general bookkeeping, invoicing, facilities, training, events management, PA to company directors. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, confident and professional, calm under pressure and computer literate in Microsoft Office.
